To be eligible for exchange and return:
•If the product is purchased within 3 days from the invoice date.

•Or the product is damaged and unused.

•In case the product is purchased through Tabby or Tamara, the amount will be refunded through the chosen payment method.

Contact Customer Service to locate the nearest returns warehouse.
Return shipping fees:
In the event of a manufacturing defect or a defect due to shipping, the item will be replaced or the full amount will be refunded.
Otherwise, 50 Saudi riyals will be deducted for the return and exchange value + shipping cost.
